We’re proud to announce that QKA Associate Aaron Jobson was selected as a Top 40 Under 40 professional in the A/E/C industry by national publication Building Design + Construction. Aaron is in good company–BD+C refers to this group of 40 professionals as “some of the brightest stars in the AEC universe”. This commendation follows Aaron’s previous award as Top 40 Under 40 by the North Bay Business Journal. Congrats Aaron!

We’re very happy to report that Hallam-ICS was awarded a highly sought after potential $30 Million, five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) for Nationwide Building Information Modeling (BIM) services.

Aaron’s trip to Washington, DC

I traveled to our nation’s capital a few weeks ago for an interview of all things. We are a part of an incredible multi-disciplinary team that is interviewing for a position as BIM consultant to the US General Services Administration (GSA). Other team members include Hallam-ICS, Blach Construction and Gregory P. Luth and Associates among many others. It’s a great opportunity and we are pretty excited about it.
In addition to talking about BIM and making the pitch to GSA I had a few hours for an evening stroll along the Mall including a visit to the new FDR memorial. Here are a few pictures.
